Here is just a few of this year’s Halloween events throughout Palm Beach County for kids, families and adults.

Fright Nights at South Florida Fairgrounds

Oct. 30-31 & Nov. 1
Fifty cast members will hide behind doors and crouch in corners of three haunted houses (Vile, Flamingo Hotel and New World Order). Fright Nights also features carnival rides and games, fried foods, scare zones and a “Monster Bash” costume party on Oct. 26. $25 includes admission to the haunted houses and unlimited rides or pay $15 just for the haunted houses.

Enigma Haunt

Oct. 30-31 & Nov. 1
Enigma Haunt team has transformed an old Bally’s Gym into a terrifying experience with two haunted houses. Every weekend through Nov. 1, plus some Sundays and Thursdays, pay $11 for admission to The Abyss or $20 to the Realms of Terror or $25 for both. A portion of each online ticket goes to the Wounded Warrior Project for our Armed Forces. Those who bring food items for Boca Helping Hands and shelter items for Tri-County Animal Rescue will receive a coupon for $2 off the regular ticket price.

Boo at the Zoo

Oct. 31
A Palm Beach County Tradition for over 16 years, enjoy trick-or-treating, kid’s costume contests, face painting and more. Non-members prices are $18.95 for adults, $12.95 for children 3-12, and children under three are admitted free.

Spookyville in Yesteryear Village

Oct. 31
Where children 12 and under can trick-or-treat every night, they also get to enjoy themed arts and crafts, kiddie rides and games, food and drinks, contests and a spooky house. Admission is $8.

Clematis by Fright

Oct. 30
Creep, crawl or float down to Clematis by Fright. This free event offers thousands of dollars in prizes in its annual costume contest in categories for kids, adults, families and pets. New this year is the Haunted Hallows where children can safely trick-or-treat with free candy bags provided by the city. Family activities include hayrides, face painting, balloon twisters, ghost story telling the by the Mandel Public Library and live music from rock legends Riverdown.

Delray Marketplace Halloween Trick-or-Treat Event

Oct. 30
Enjoy an evening of trick-or-treating from shop to shop at Delray Marketpace, plus fun activities throughout the evening including hayrides, a mini pumpkin patch, craft stations, face painting and more.

Burger Bar Family Bash

Oct. 30-31
On Oct. 30, enjoy grow-up night where there is a costume contest for adults with prizes and gift cards, a DJ playing the hottest hits and tons of drink and food specials. On Oct. 31, Burger Bar will keep the spooky décor and invite kids and families to come join the fun with a kid’s costume contest and treats throughout the evening. Families with children in costume will receive up to two complimentary kids meals with the purchase of at least one entree.

The Heavy Pets Costume Ball

Oct. 31
The Funky Biscuit presents a Halloween costume ball featuring The Heavy Pets and The Main Squeeze. Tickets range from $15 to $25 or $20 the day of the show.

Halloween Nights at the Museum

Oct. 31
Have your children write messages in black light ink or erupt pumpkins. There will be a live DJ, a spooky science trail, scorpion dissection and a battle with vampires presentation by Mr. Why. Non-member adults are $11.50; children $8. Event includes admission to the Afterlife exhibit as well.

Trick or Beats Festival

Oct. 31 & Nov.1
This two-day festival celebrates its fifth year anniversary with 13 elite DJs from around the world, high energy ambiance, top of the line production, theatrical costumed performance entertainment, contortionists and stilt walking models. Hosted by Lil Jon, the lineup includes Caked Up, Borgeous, HeRobust, Brass Knuckles and more. One-day passes $55; two-day passes $90.
