This $195 Million Manalapan Property Is Palm Beach County's Most Expensive Listing
Whoever buys a Manalapan mansion now on the market for $195 million will be able to feel like he or she is living on a private island.
The property, located at 2000 S. Ocean Blvd., is listed with Premier Estate Properties for what's reported to be the most expensive asking price in Palm Beach County. The county's highest sale to date was a $95 million Palm Beach estate sold by Donald Trump in 2008, according to The Palm Beach Post.
The Atlantic Ocean-to-Intracoastal property, which goes by the name of Gemini, feels secluded, thanks to dense vegetation that shields South Ocean Boulevard from view on all sides of the estate, helping to create a "roadless" effect.
From its natural shell-stone columns and coral stone facade, to the home's grotto-like pool terrace and Caribbean-themed botanical gardens, the Gemini estate offers the dreamy environment of a tropical jungle.
In addition to the 62,000-square-foot main residence with 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, the more than 15-acre lot includes two four-bedroom beachfront cottages, a separate manager's house with four apartments, and manager's offices.
And let us not forget the seven-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom Mango House, a guest house that is a three-story home in its own right, featuring a full kitchen, playroom, living and dining rooms, and an additional self-contained apartment.
Business Insider notes the listing for the property, which has been on the market since April, recently became public.
