Most Floridians would agree that the Sunshine State isn’t the best place for experiencing traditional fall weather—it's the land of endless summers, after all.

But that’s why many residents love living here. Another reason? You can experience the flavors of fall without having to brave the chills of the north.

Check out these seven drinks found throughout the Palm Beaches to get your taste of autumn this season.

Tequesta Brewing Company’s version of a classic German Oktoberfest ale, Vantoberfest, is made with imported German barley and hops, as well as malty graham cracker notes. There is a smooth German hop finish that, in the words of manager Scott Davis, “will make you say, ‘Ein bier bitte!’” Look out for this tasty beer on the menu this month, set for a Sept. 15 debut.

Spiced Pear Sangria

Who says sangria is only for summer? Just in time for fall, Carrabba’s Italian Grill has released its Harvest Menu, featuring this refreshing libation with Absolut Pears Vodka, Riondo Prosecco, spiced brown sugar, cranberry juice and a dash of cinnamon.

Another addition to Carrabba’s Harvest Menu is its autumn-tinged Italian twist on an American staple. Sip Maker’s Mark Bourbon and Disaronno Amaretto with fresh orange and cherry, and you’ll feel yourself warming up like you’re next to a crackling fire.

Pumpkin Spice Lattini

Salute Market has put a boozy spin on fall's favorite drink—the pumpkin spice latte. Crop Organic Pumpkin Vodka, Kahlúa, cream and pumpkin pie spice give off all the qualities of a coffee beverage. When you take a sip from the graham cracker rim, you’ll forget all about Starbucks (until the next morning).

Flying Fig

The Flying Fig, also at Salute Market, offers traces of falling leaves year-round. Seasonal hints of fall fruits and nuts are showcased here with Buffalo Trace Bourbon, fig simple syrup, Noilly Pratt Sweet Vermouth and Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters. Plus, you’ll get a sweet surprise when you find a cherry at the bottom of the glass.

Silver Lining

The Cooper’s Silver Lining is certainly shining with fall optimism. Although it looks like an average cocktail, it comes with a fun twist. Before the pour, a cinnamon stick is burned under the glass, and when turned over you can smell the charred cinnamon. The scented experience finishes off with Avión Silver Tequila, lime juice, grapefruit bitters and The Cooper’s cinnamon simple syrup mix of charred cinnamon, grapefruit juice and sugar.

Head over to C.W.S. Bar + Kitchen to try its fruity mix of Whistle Pig rye whiskey, peach puree, cane sugar and mint. The drink has a hint of summer with all the promise of crisp air and warm desserts. It’s the perfect way to say goodbye to the unforgiving heat.
