The new year is bringing a new restaurant to West Palm Beach’s foodie scene.

Bolay, a fast causal restaurant, will open its fifth location on Feb. 9. Created by Chris Gannon and his father, Tim Gannon (co-founder of Outback Steakhouse), the restaurant will invite guests to build their own nutrient-rich bowls packed with super foods and proteins.

At Bolay there are seven bases available, along with a selection of premium proteins including steak, shrimp and tofu.

Other menu items include cold-pressed juices, kale, quinoa, spinach, steak and Ahi tuna.

On opening day, Bolay will have a full schedule of activities and giveaways, including a special gift for the first 25 customers—each will receive a free catering for up to 10 people.

Bolay will be open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays, and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays.
