Buccan Expands with the Opening of New Sandwich Shop

The highly popular Palm Beach eatery, Buccan, has announced the opening of its new counter-service lunch spot, The Sandwich Shop at Buccan, which will be serving lunch to-go daily from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Sandwich Shop at Buccan, located next door to the restaurant, will offer pressed and cold sandwiches, salads, a soup of the day, boutique and craft bottled beverages as well as sweets.

The menu will highlight the talents of James Beard-nominated chef, Clay Conley who explains that the Sandwich Shop had always been a dream of his to open. "Sandwiches are one of most favorite things to eat," Conley says. "They are so versatile; the bread just serves as vehicle for all kinds of fillings."

In keeping with the chef's dedication to superior ingredients, all breads and sandwich meats are prepared freshly in-house daily.

House-made potato chips, house-brined pickles, "The Cure" (cold-brewed coffee with fresh coconut water), whole fruit and baked sweets are also available.

"The Sandwich Shop at Buccan is a fun extension of our business," says Buccan partner, Piper Quinn. "We're happy to provide another lunch option for island residents and guests."

The Sandwich Shop at Buccan is located at 350 S. County Road, Palm Beach, FL 33480. Orders can be placed onsite, online, via their mobile app or by calling 561.833.6295. Catering orders are gladly accepted. For more information, please visit buccanpalmbeach.com.
