Café Boulud Palm Beach Is Mixing Things Up With Menu Items From Chef's NYC Restaurant DBGB
Palm Beach residents, get ready for a little something different.
Café Boulud Palm Beach will be offering a new selection of dishes from DBGB, Daniel Boulud’s casual dining restaurant in downtown New York City, from May 31 to Oct. 12 as part of its "DBGB Takeover."
DBGB provides Boulud’s interpretation of a fun and casual French brasserie combined with the American tavern. The restaurant features house-made sausage, burgers and seafood in addition to Lyonnaise-inspired bistro cooking.
Dishes that will be served at Café Boulud Palm Beach include the DB Salad, house-made Thai sausage, the Piggie Burger and the Frenchie Burger. Ice cream sundaes will also be available to offer diners relief from the extra-warm weather.
"We find this casual cuisine well-suited for the long summer days in South Florida," executive chef Rick Mace said in a release.
The DBGB menu selections will be served for dinner in the main dining room and in the lounge, with selections also offered during lunch, weekend brunch and at the bar.
