Not a fan of the gym? What if we said you could have cupcakes and champagne after your workout?

Well, fantasy becomes reality with Eau Spa’s EAUsoFit classes.

Hosted at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, the new series is being promoted as a social event that allows for a workout and a little "me time."

The first class, held Jan. 29 at 7 p.m, will feature a specific exercise that combines muscle toning and cardio to give your body a full workout without straining your muscles.

Ivy and Andy Larson, founders of CleanCuisine.com and authors of five nutrition books, will then discuss Clean Cuisine’s anti-inflammatory approach to fitness. The program was developed when Ivy Larson was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis at the age of 22. She and her husband, Andy, a board-certified physician, came up with an anti-inflammatory fitness regimen that kept her symptoms at bay for more than 15 years.

The event costs $50 and includes the fitness class and nutrition lecture, as well as access to the steam rooms, sauna, and garden, a glass of champagne and couture cupcakes.

The Eau Spa’s EAUsoFit series is currently set to take place every other month. To follow the class schedule check out Eau Spa’s Facebook or their Instagram.
