District Fit, a three-day fitness festival focusing on mindfulness and physical fitness, returns to downtown West Palm Beach from Oct. 19 to 21.

The event is hosted by CityPlace and Hilton West Palm Beach, who have strategically planned the festival to coincide with Breast Cancer Awareness Month in partnership with the American Cancer Society and Discover the Palm Beaches’ Spa & Wellness Month.

Registration is open for the festival, which includes more than 15 workouts led by elite trainers and fitness gurus, as well as holistic seminars, nutrition workshops, culinary events and more.

Here are highlights you can expect at this year’s District Fit:

  • A vegan dinner in collaboration with Swank Farms & Adam Lipson of VeganApproved
  • “Z for a C” Zumba Class at CityPlace highlighting pink attire in support of breast cancer research and awareness, led by Shannon Burrows
  • Twilight Tone at Hilton West Palm Beach, which includes body toning classes, yoga, sleep practices, live chef cooking demonstrations, a silent auction, pop-up retail experiences, massages by Zeel and post-workout food and drinks
  • Meditation and yoga classes inside Culture Lab

All events will be open to the public and select classes will collect donations to directly support Palm Beach County families and community organizations in the fight against cancer.
