Lease the Impressive 25-Acre Property For Just $350,000 Per Month

Ever dream about parading around a $195 million mega-mansion in Beverly Hills? Now's your chance.

Palm Beach real estate mogul Jeff Greene’s 12-bedroom, 23-bathroom California estate, Palazzo di Amore, was made available for lease at a reduced price of $350,000 per month about six weeks ago. The property, which is currently for sale, was hailed the most expensive listing in the nation when it hit the market in November.

Needless to say, it's pretty impressive. As a December video by Coldwell Banker Previews International shows, the 53,000-square-foot property includes 25 private acres, a 3,000-bottle wine cellar, a bowling alley, a state-of-the-art theater, a vineyard and much more.

While listing agent Stacy Gottula told Fort Lauderdale Daily she couldn’t discuss any offers on the property, which has been rented out for years, she mentioned there have been quite a few showings and lots of activity.

So, just how long does it take to sell a home of this size? About one to three years, Gottula estimates.

For now, we’ll be daydreaming about lounging poolside and enjoying those jaw-dropping views:
