If you're wondering where to get delicious summer dishes that incorporate some of the season's best flavors, you might want to check out Meat Market

The summer dinner series is back at both the Palm Beach and Miami Beach restaurant locations, headed up by executive chef Sean Brasel.

Patrons enjoying the four-course, curated spirits dinner can expect menu items such as the smoked trout with pink grapefruit, pea tendrils and horseradish foam. The dish is paired with a “Sweet Days of Summer” cocktail, which contains Belvedere pink grapefruit vodka with Grand Marnier, Campari, watermelon, Florida grapefruit, thyme and smoked salt.

The dinner series will kick off at the Miami location on June 2 with cocktails at 7:30 p.m. and dinner beginning at 8. The Palm Beach location will begin the series on June 10 with cocktails at 7 p.m. and dinner at 7:30.

The cost of the luxurious four-course dinner is $75 plus gratuity and tax, and reservations are required.
