Palm Beach’s 3550 South Ocean Condo Tops Out, Development Progresses

The first beachfront residential development to be built on Palm Beach Island in over a decade, 3550 South Ocean, has officially topped out, reaching its full height of seven stories.

The luxury condominium features 30 two- and three-bedroom homes, including five penthouses—all with private outdoor space and unobstructed water views.

Amenities include direct elevator access, private entry foyers, private balconies and expansive layouts ranging from 2,700 to over 3,000 square feet. Five penthouses boast private rooftops with plunge pools and outdoor kitchens for entertaining.

The residential interiors include kitchens with oversized islands composed of stonework, solid oak flooring and top-of-the-line appliances and fixture packages. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows, open living areas and sliding doors are also features of 3550 South Ocean.

Other amenities include a beachfront saltwater swimming pool and sun terrace; a fitness studio; on-site surfboard and stand-up paddleboard storage; private gated access and private parking; and on-demand lifestyle services, such as in-residence massages, indoor and outdoor private fitness training, yoga and youth fitness.

3350 has partnered with The Wright Fit to provide the lifestyle services, and has also partnered with Star Jets International to provide residents with custom-tailored concierge jet services, with the resident experience inclusive of door-to-door car transfers, itinerary customizations, jet selection, onboard catering and more.

All residences will be delivered move-in ready, and the building will have its own private beach access upon completion. Pricing at 3550 South Ocean begins at $2.3 million.
