Vic & Angelo’s Executive Chef Kelley Randall Unveils New Summer Prix Fixe Menu

Kelley Randall, the executive chef at Vic & Angelo’s, has recently released a new summer prix fixe menu for the Palm Beach Gardens restaurant. 

The three-course menu, called the Sunset Menu, consists of Italian classics like grilled salmon and fresh vegetables, day boat scallop risotto, chicken scarpariello and house-made rigatoni Bolognese.

The Sunset Menu is $25 per person and includes an antipasto, entrée and house-made dessert. It is available Monday through Thursday, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
