Wellington’s Trophy Room Announces Executive Chef And Menu Ahead Of Opening
The highly anticipated restaurant Trophy Room, set to open this fall in in Wellington, recently announced that Joseph Bonavita, Jr. will lead the team as executive chef.
Chef Bonavita has unveiled Trophy Room’s menu, which will feature New American food, with global influences, featuring dishes using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients.
Menu items include a selection of raw bar items, salads, house-made pastas, brick oven pizzas, prime beef and seafood dishes from the grill and signature desserts like the Trophy Sundae and Miami’s famed Fireman Derek’s pies.
Bonavita has over 12 years of experience. He attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago, and has held positions at 50 Ocean in Delray Beach and Tideline Oceana Resort & Spa in Palm Beach.
